Who We Are
The Bridge Household is a community-based organization committed to bridging the gap between youth and young adults ages 10–24 and the resources, relationships, and opportunities they need to thrive.
We serve young people navigating barriers to stability and success, including housing instability or homelessness, foster care or child welfare involvement, behavioral health needs, juvenile justice involvement or reentry, and limited access to educational, career, and life-building opportunities.
Through person-centered support and meaningful community partnerships, we connect young people to opportunities that promote stability, personal growth, independence, and long-term success.
What We Do
The Bridge Household meets young people where they are and helps them identify where they want to go. Rather than duplicating resources that already exist within the community, we help bridge the gap between young people and the programs, services, relationships, and opportunities available to support their success.
We envision a future where every youth and young adult facing housing instability, housing insecurity, homelessness, child welfare involvement, behavioral health needs, or juvenile justice system involvement has equitable access to the care, resources, relationships, and opportunities necessary to thrive.
The Bridge Household aspires to be a transformative ecosystem in youth development and community-based support services, creating pathways that move young people from crisis to stability, from uncertainty to confidence, and from surviving to flourishing. We envision communities where vulnerable youth are equipped not only with safe housing and essential supports, but also with the education, life skills, behavioral health resources, mentorship, and meaningful connections needed to achieve lasting independence.
